Horrid Support

HORRID SUPPORT!
After using this app for yrs, which is was ok at best then...not very user friendly...the app prompted me to log on and create an ID. By doing so, they deleted ALL my presentations.
When I contacted support the response was...too bad!
Hours or work down the drain with no one caring or willing to help.
